Private stewards and advisors supporting the long-term mission, continuity, and institutional integrity of the America First Academy of Arts & Sciences™.

 Stewards serve as guardians of the America First Academy of Arts & Sciences™.

 Role: Institutional Guardianship

Function: Continuity, integrity, and long-term protection of the Academy 

Their responsibility is not operational management or public advocacy, but the long-term preservation of the Academy’s mission, standards, and institutional integrity.

Stewards ensure continuity across generations and safeguard the Academy from mission drift, politicization, or external influence.

Stewards Key Characteristics:

• Long-term institutional responsibility

• Cultural and historical guardianship

• Non-operational, non-promotional role

• Appointed for trust, judgment, and discretion

Advisors provide strategic counsel and subject-matter insight to the Academy when requested.

 Role: Strategic Counsel

Function: Subject-matter insight and situational guidance 

Their role is consultative in nature and does not include governance authority, voting power, or fiduciary responsibility.

Advisors contribute experience and perspective to inform decisions, while stewardship and governance remain with the Academy.

Key Characteristics:

• Advisory-only capacity 

• No governing or fiduciary authority 

• Engaged on a consultative, as-needed basis 

• May advise on cultural, historical, academic, or strategic matters
